Training is held at the Ohio River Valley Chapter House, 1801 Robinson Avenue, Portsmouth. Those participating in training must register and pay the respective fee prior to the start of the class.

For Businesses: If you own or operate a business within Scioto or Pike counties and want your employess to be American Red Cross trained, please call or email Tom Massie as indicated below. We can train at your facility if desired. You may wish to contact the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation to inquire whether American Red Cross certified CPR and First Aid training might reduce your risk rate.
